Important changes to the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995 (SA)
On 12 December 2019, the Retail and Commercial Leases (Miscellaneous) Amendment Bill 2019, amending the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995, passed both houses and received royal assent on 19 December 2019. The Bill will come into effect on a day to be fixed by proclamation, which is planned for early 2020. For further information on the key changes, click here.
